Professional Delivery Services Information

   Thank you for choosing our delivery services. We understand the anticipation that comes with placing an order, and we are committed to providing you with a seamless experience.

   Below, you will find detailed information about our delivery process, returns, and how we handle any issues that may arise.

1. Delivery of Products:

   For orders within Tbilisi, you have the option to pick up your products from our deposit location. Please contact us, with any questions at +995 599 09 16 09 for assistance.

   Deliveries in Georgia:

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12:00 pm are typically delivered the next working day.
• Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm will be received within the next 2 working days.
• Free delivery for orders over 300 GEL when paying online by bank card (applicable only for orders within Georgia).
• Shipping fees are weight-dependent, generally ranging from 6-12 GEL.

   Deliveries to Armenia and Azerbaijan:

   For deliveries to Armenia and Azerbaijan, please contact us for personalized assistance as we are currently working on expanding our service to these regions.

2. Return Policy:

   Unused Products:

   • Unused plastic products or eyelashes can be returned within 3 months of purchase.
   • Unused liquids are subject to a 14-day return period as per Georgian government regulations.
   • Contact us before returning the product, and we may assist with courier arrangements (courier costs are to be covered by the customer).

   Used Products:

   • Lashes can be returned within 3 months, even if partially used, and a refund will be provided via voucher or bank transfer.
   • Tweezers can be returned within 14 days (minimum 5 pcs encouraged for testing).
   • Used liquids such as glues, primers, and lash shampoos are not eligible for return.

3. Delivery Issues, Lost Packages, and Refunds:

   • We are not responsible for courier-related issues, but we are here to assist.
   • Contact the courier directly using the AWB number provided by us.
   • If delivery issues arise, and the package is returned, additional delivery costs may apply.
   • Refunds for refused packages will be issued within 14 days, excluding transport costs.
